The Beautiful Indecisiveness!❤

‘Shopaholic‘, ya you may refer to me as that. What else can be thought of, when in every now and then, you have cycles of thoughts, striking your mind, flashes of your favourite malls, round the clock, and all the sales and designs trending on your mind and more special thanks to the social media handles , which in this very Era of Artificial Intelligence and “all your choices on your fingertips” triggers my wants and desires to the fullest, I keep scrolling and almost then coming to the point where I successfully imagine myself in the design, consequently convincing myself enough to go for the purchase. My uttermost love for the designs, pricking and pestering me every now and then to look much beyond the feeling of contentment with all those I already have in my wardrobe, where in this world, can I go to satisfy my wants at once.

“Money can buy happiness” what made me utter these, with free consent, diving deep into it, I found the very justification that this money apparently spoils many, but it has left me spellbound while making my wardrobe delightful . The world is so colorful, full of magnificent shades of happiness, and drawing a perfect analogy, my wardrobe definitely deserves to reflect this very feature, doesn’t it?

The beautiful rays of positivity, The Sun shining so bright in its utter charm , the gushing wind, making the curtains dance in rhythmic flow , all opening my eyes and making me do smile. What’s next? What’s the motivation… The milk and toasts placed on the breakfast table, won’t get attention, this early, let’s first decide which color would suit me this day, which outfit would embrace me this morning. Opening the wardrobe, having the uneven combination of some columns , well arranged while the others way too messy, spotting the pretty colors of butterflies,in the collection of my outfits. Although some attires have got to turn loose while others showing a tendency of losing the colors , in near future, showing signs of compulsory replacement, but how can I replace them…the more they grow old, the better they comfort you.The clock keeps striking and warning me that I might run late today, but how to handle this beautiful indecisiveness, how can I head off from this perfect moment of adoring all those colorful attires flashing smiles at me, glowing in utter glee. Amidst the indecisiveness when the perfect refree ‘The Mirror’ calls to declare the results,I don’t know why does it always convinces me towards selecting the addictive black outfits, however loose they might appear, however old they might date back to. This attitude apparently goes to reflect itself so well everywhere that I hardly miss any opportunity of shopping black attires and all those accessories that can suit well on those for sure.

Shall I thank my black outfits for always paving the roads of complexities of my indecisiveness in deciding the color or shall I declare those black outfits as selfish beings, for always flexing themselves, extra over the other attires.

To all those, who can relate it well, don’t you feel that every #OOTD story on your social media handles deserves black outfits, some extra. Stories are incomplete, wardrobes appear unsatisfied, good looks stand unachieved without the royal presence of these black OOTD for sure. Cheers to the attires that make us shine brighter .

The Warm Whiskers

“And since that rainy morning of July, I can’t recall even a single day, when they failed to pass their bright smiles and greetings to me…”

This story dates back to the year 2013, when life used to be full of leisure, full of wonder, when the mere target of completing 10 sums of mathematics was given the name of burden, when the day used to get over soon at 9 p.m. with the bedtime stories and the morals being the Crux of the whole day, when being an over pampered kid full of tantrums was excusable. Although everyday, at that time used to be a fun day, but I still cherish that one beautiful morning of July, when I woke up with joy, spotting droplets of rain on the window glass, as beautiful as pearls, giving me a good signal that it was a ‘No School Day’ .Hopping with joy, all around the house, switching on the Television to give a daily check on the gadget that Nobita and I was to learn about, to make Nobita’s day better but unfortunately making him fall in trouble again at the last of each story. Who won’t remember this beautiful Earless blue robot cat from twenty second century addressing our problems and suggesting all the ways to get out of them.

Suddenly, after a couple of moments, I heard some unusual cries, as if someone was in distress, as if someone was seeking my help. Immediately, peeping out of my balcony I found two little puppies, shivering out of cold, in this stormy weather, where it was raining cats and dogs. Catching this glimpse, the hero inside me couldn’t stop from rushing downstairs, with towels to wrap those kids, safely. Heading towards them, I found the two poor children, in a situation where they were barely gonna survive themselves for more than an hour or two. I held the delicate beings, In my arms, one in each, I was left spellbound to take a beautiful glimpse of their innocence . The one in the right arm having a royal white fur, running all over his skin and the other, covered in blonde color of delicacy, having unique strawberry shaped eyes, and then without causing delay of even a minute I carried them to the veranda Area, placing them gently over an old warm quilt. Meanwhile it took some time for them to dry themselves, the thought that kept haunting me was that once when I had asked for bringing kittens and puppies at home, my parents got to declare that it couldn’t happen ever, the reason being no one having enough time to take good care of them… however glancing at their beautiful faces, I eventually got my happy-go-lucky vibes and became ignorant of all my fear soon.

The happiest experience was catching the site of them grabbing slices of bread from my hand, out of utter hunger. Me, being convinced by the fact that the blonde kid was having strawberry shaped eyes, named him as ‘STRAWBERRY’ and the other as white as snow, deserved to be called as ‘SNOWIE’.

Strawberry was a notorious and hyperactive child, who took no time to rush around the whole house, and checking every other stuffs, coming in his way while Snowie showed the tendency of a gentleman, moving not even inch without my permission. Overall I was loving the way, they had moved on and forgotten about the fearful experience they got to face that morning. Playing with them, running after them, the next five hours passed with the blink of an eye and suddenly the doorbell rang and as I had correctly estimated it was my mom, standing outside the door, holding umbrella , complaining about the weather and me, being the one who couldn’t dare to utter even a single word, was busy serving her quietly with water, waiting for her to comfort herself well, before I begin with the tragic story of Strawberry and Snowie. Hardly did I know that the story of was a self explanatory one, all thanks to Notorious Strawberry, who came running with his tiny paws, in front of maa. That day, I realized the power of innocence and that it can convince everyone, universally. Despite of the fact that I made space for two puppies without any permission or information, my mother was overjoyed at that situation, cheerfully welcoming them and lifting them in her arms, feeling their warmth and after placing them at their place, she was flashing her pretty smile at me, implying her assent to this act of mine, but consequently raising her eyebrows, indicating me to explain the whole tale that ended letting Strawberry and Snowie inside our home. She hugged me , as soon as she came to learn the incident in its entirety, why wouldn’t she, afterall she was so proud that I abided by her teachings of always extending our gentle help towards others.

My whole evening and my whole home was adored by the scintillating presence of two angels in the form of Strawberry and Snowie. That day being a hectic one, caused us to fall asleep early in mother’s lap.

The next day, welcomed a bright sunny morning , the sun shining at its best, blessing Strawberry and Snowie, fom the above. The two kids were then busy peeping out of balcony and smiling at their mother, sitting right at the place, they were picked up from, yesterday morning. Their mother, extremely eager to meet her kids, who had fortunately survived a day full of hardships. Soon , I took two of my friends to their mother, and all of them were dancing out of joy, on being reunited. Running late for my school, I bid a good adieu to them, with some slices of bread and milk.

Who knew that it was the dawn of a precious friendship and since that rainy morning of July, I can’t recall even a single day, when they failed to pass their bright smiles and greetings to me…

Strawberry never fails to lick my feet, whenever he spots me while, Snowie never fails to take good care of mine, accompanying me each day, to the parks, for the evening walk.

They are the creatures who are loyal and royal enough to protect and take care of us, against the odds, who shower their blessings and love upon us, selflessly. Only a gentle smile of yours, some affection and a little help can light up their lives and make them rejoice. It’s fun being around them, making them a part of our lives and being a part of theirs. Afterall loving them is like earning love from them

Just one more ice cream please!!

Mom says, she got to cherish my first ever broadest and most long lasting smile, the day she experimented my taste buds with delicious crushings of ice, coated with bright brown chocolaty chips, sweet inside out, overloaded with creamy layer of delight, tasting too cold yet so tempting for a kid aged not more than a couple of years. My expressions, were more than enough for her to imply that it got to make me fall in proper true love with its taste, I mean who won’t, ice creams are the stuffs that can make even a person deprived of his taste buds , fall in love with the mere thought of grabbing a bite of ice cream. For the sake of love , I have for ice creams, which mean more than just a dessert, to me, I have often ended up romnaticizing the stories of ice creams.

Time changed everything, so did it in my context of love for this particular, and I have observed the level of my love, skyrocketing , with each passing day for the want and thoughts of ice creams.

No power can separate me and my ice cream desires, no seasons, no stipulations can win in testing my love for it . Rebuke from parents, at times, convinced me genuinely for staying from these, in extreme winters, bht I often ended up having each of its bite with the attitude of “I’ll face, whatever it costs”

Sometimes bt virtue of demand, sometimes in the form of reward, other times, in the name of presents, and at times, with the excuse of cheat days, ice creams manage to find occasions to attract my attention.

Counting calories is not less than a crime, while you get to grab the ice creams, for the sake of it, you may go extra and extra on your workout routine, but it doesn’t deserve to be compromised with, at all. I have often dreamed of landing somewhere, in this universe , wherein, lies a world of ice cream . Just like we have floral gardens and water parks, can’t we manage to have ice cream parks and gardens.

Ice creams often remind me of the summery months of May June July, when to get some relief from heat, we used to run to the ice cream parlors, ironically, in the scorching heat, outside, when in the name of late night assignments, I often used to commit thefts in the refrigerator, stealing all the ice creams, efficiently. And when even after being forbidden, in the months of December January February, the sweet bells from the street , of the ice cream vendor, got to attract me and have some of it, later being caught by the creams that made whiskers of it, above my lips and sometimes making my nose appear pink, by its cream.

Don’t we just love the way, how it in different flavors and colors, treat our taste buds to make them happy and taste damn delicious in all the worldly ways. Imagine being exhausted on a scorching sunny day, spotting butterscotch ice creams in your refrigerator, that’s heaven. Not only this, I can make you imagine n number Of such reasons, you would be loving ice creams beyond anything else. So that, when someone asks you, what do you want, you can contentedly claim “JUST ONE MORE ICE CREAM PLEASE”❤

This blog is dedicated for the purpose I always wanted to share the story of one of the most precious months , I ever got to spend. The beauty of my profession, that I realize is that apart from the studies, you do, to become what you aspire to, you also periodically get to be exposed to your professional life, while you still remain a student… visiting the courts, the chambers of your seniors, with your bags filled with petition files and your screens full of legal researches, ranging from Manupatra, SCC Online and Indian Kanoon and long long citations, journals, research papers, having ample information so as to support your facts enough. These all stuffs are enough for you, to make you compromise with your sleeping hours and spend sleepless nights for sure, however those nights are really beautiful, they are beautiful indeed! A night that promises the next morning that the struggles are definitely gonna be worth it. I remember my seniors sitting in the chambers amidst the thickest books, I have ever seen, even in the midnight ,with full vigor, with the clients visiting the place in bulk.

I found myself privileged enough to find three internship opportunities in the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand. The third internship, that began soon after I was done with my semester number 6, marks to be a special one. I got to pursue it under the sincere guidance of one of the best Advocates, you will ever get to know- Adv. Indrajit Sinha. Jharkhand High Court is one of the newest High Courts in India, situated in Ranchi, the administrative capital of the state of Jharkhand – the land of forests, the land of minerals, the land of glory, the land of beauty ! It has its jurisdiction over the entire state of Jharkhand, with a sanctioned judge strength of twenty five. A building of dreams, covering a major area of 165 acres land, granted near HEC (HEAVY ENGINEERING CORPORATION), Industrial complex ~ the name of which you might have heard as the major contributor in the magnificent Mission Chandrayaan-3 of the ISRO. The place offers millions of opportunities to adore and feel proud of, how wouldn’t it? Afterall it has been marked as the largest High Court in the Entire India, enshrined amidst the beauty of greenery, in the spiritual atmosphere of the ecclesiastical Jagannath temple, having the Glorious JSCA Stadium of cricket , on the land of the captain cool ~ Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The beautiful place never fails to capture the eyes of the visitors upon it once they take a glimpse of it’s splendor.

The history of this place dates back to 1972…

When the circuit bench of the Patna High Court was established at Ranchi on 6 March 1972 under clause 36 of the letters patent of the Patna High Court. The circuit bench became the permanent bench of the Patna High Court, by the High Court at Patna (Establishment of Permanent Bench at Ranchi) Act 1976 (Act 57 of 1976) on 8 April 1976. This permanent bench finally became the Jharkhand High Court on reorganisation of Bihar state on 15 November, 2000! – says the Wikipedia. The Hon’ble HC started live proceedings of virtual hearings on YouTube on 15 December 2021. The Jharkhand High Court became sixth in the country to start live streaming of hearings on YouTube.

I remember capturing its view once at night, when fortunately my flight took off, facing this unforgettable beauty. It made me standstill and smile with pride. July 10, 2023 marks the first day of my internship at this place. Entering the place , at first made it appear like a great sophisticated place but sooner, it gave me homely vibes, with everyone around being so hospitable and cooperative as well. Watching the learned Advocates, never getting tired of discussing laws and the Hon’ble Judges hearing so patiently, handling several cases from various backgrounds so gently ,was simply impressive! The Court being the largest one, often caused trouble as well, I remember, when just to get my pass made I had to rush great distances ranging from the offices of the Registrar Genreral to the Court Officer. The days at here were quite pleasant. Entering the court sharply at 10:00 before the judges sat at 10:30 , positively was something that had to be done sincerely. The silence and the decorum maintained in the courtrooms was a thing to be captured forever.

I remember my first day at the court number 1,the court of the Hon’ble Chief Justice Mr. Sanjay Mishra, the debate was going around at 12:30 or so, regarding a matter of public interest litigation, a salient feature, providing opportunities to several to keep their thoughts and desires in the court of justice . The judge, being so hospitable, allowing each line and plea from both the sides to flow in a manner that was quite comprehensible. The beauty of the court was the judge, at times acting as a teacher of the advocates teaching them and guiding them so as to present themselves better. Visiting court room no. 11, was again a wonderful experience indeed, when Hon’ble Justice Aubha Rawat Chowdhary was addressing the issues so patiently in a serene way! Court number 2: Hon’ble Justice Chandrashekhar, a man of knowledge having all the information at his fingertips, writing judgements so patiently. I got to visit all the courts, atleast once!

In the courtrooms, you might get highly cooperative and helpful seniors, coming to help and guide you, on their own! This is the actual beauty, when you have extremely encouraging seniors around, guiding you enough, as they know, one day you also have to become literate enough to play the role of a responsible advocate! I came across many interactive people, all ready to share their experiences and thoughts, all ready to usher your path and do your career counseling obviously. In law, just doing law isn’t enough,

Kyuki fark isse bhi padta hai ki aap law mein kya karne wale ho.

There are various career opportunities you get in this field, there are several roles you might play after being in this profession. You might get inclined towards the criminal litigation or get into the service matters, you might be aspiring to crack the judicial services exams or may even have dreamt of joining the army as a learned legal employee, the lives of corporates are also fantastic that you might go for, but in every other field you pursue, you really need to work hard on your studies, which are way too vast and it’s a cumbersome task to get them completed. One of the illustrations being the fact that the Constitution of India being the lengthiest ever document to be published among the other Constitutions of the world. The place is a beautiful one, showing the people of all the ages, from the young practitioners to the most experienced and the oldest advocates, who in this field have excelled since so long, that they are well acquainted to the Judge, all dressed up in entire black and white uniform, wearing gowns of pride, expressing the power of knowledge and justice. I have seen myself getting obsessed and habituated over many things, but the desire to work consistently just the way, these advocates do, really tops the list. Returning home from work, was a great sigh, where after a full hectic day, you get to relax. And in the chambers, it’s really impressive watching your seniors consoling and counseling the clients, so well, with full hopes of being successful in getting a proper relief.

Earlier the petitions were tough to understand. Gradually, when the syllabus and the work at the practical fields got synchronized, it really got to attract a lot of fun, handling the files, reading and researching over them, thanks to all my seniors, who have rarely got tired of my never ending curiosities and questions. My immediate seniors, Adv. Sonal Jaisawal Ma’am, Adv. Prerna Ma’am, Adv. Aditee Ma’am, the best seniors I ever got to cherish, indeed, who had consistently been there supporting me, despite of their extremely busy schedules. A big thanks to the “ever ready to help attitude” of theirs. The toughest task of all was all about preparing the examination in chief and cross examination synopsis, not because of the hard terms it consisted, but because of the fact that it was written in Hindi. Ya it’s true guys ,some of you might find this relatable, who still gets confused when at the shops, the shopkeeper tell you the total money in hindi, and you ask them to dictate the same in english, this disease of being so comfy with English, that you don’t even understand the standard Hindi, must be cured in very near future.

And once I saw an advocate debating in front of Justice Rogon Mukhopadhyay . She came from the Bihar High Court, in Patna. She claimed that it was her first ever debate in the High Court of Jharkhand. She was an amazing advocate dealing with the matters of taxation, explaining sections 142 to 149, of the INCOME TAX ACT so fluently in front of the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rongon Mukhopadhyay, and apart from that, she praised the friendly environment of the High Court of Jharkhand and talked about the happiness of finding the people in High Court being so receptive and friendly. It was really a proud moment for all, as the High Court of Jharkhand doesn’t only appear beautiful by infrastructure, but it is indeed a more beautiful place to adore from inside. In the evenings, while visiting the office, I found myself lucky enough to handle and find the files on all the matters, ranging from Writ Petitions to Criminal Revision Petition, Criminal Miscellaneous Provisions and Letter Patent Appeal matters as well! All sorts of cases dealing with Bail Application and the Anticipatory Bail Application. My Advocate is one of the best and leading practitioners in this profession and so I was privileged enough to get exposed to all types of cases and petitions in the chambers .

And today it’s been four weeks, since I had started my third internship! And realizing the fact that I am visiting this Court for this last time, in internship has really made me emo!! I really am clueless about whether I will get an another chance of interning over here. The thing that makes me happy right now is the big present of memories and the great experiences I am gonna carry from here. This place will always be there in my heart, for the beauty it possesses, for the magic it creates and for the beautiful heart it has. I waited for the court to get over everyday, soon, but today it feels like stopping the time over here, now. The memories of the place is really gonna hit me hard but thanks to the great teachings I got over here and thanks for all the days that were found to be wonderful over here!

If you’re from the law background, I suggest interning over here as most of you find yourself comfortable interning over the Hindi and English speaking states, and this place is absolutely fantastic for this linguistic background. And the friends who aren’t from this background, must visit the place atleast once and feel proud of the fact that one of the leading projects of India, is in your state!!

Thriving through all the state of affairs and still being efficient to face much more than that, growing and nurturing your soul much better than before. In all the seasons have you ever found yourself acting jovial and admiring each cloud, that your sky covers you with and have you ever learned the fact that how beautiful you look? You’re the Moon of your life, adoring your shine ample, and even if the stars had often failed to do so.

LOVE might appear and sound to be a word too short and too saturated but on contrary, it is the most bewitching reality and meaning of your life. Every other stuffs, whether it goes noticed or unnoticed, necessarily conveys the elements of love!

The love, the heartfelt flowers from your garden reflect by unrolling its fragrance in search of the endearing butterflies, the sea water, falling in love with the sand, eventually each time it cuddles and carry them within, love is also perfectly found In the way the trees cry, when in the months of autumn, they have to be deprived of the attachments, they once got to create with the green leaves, which had stayed there with it, in all the ups and downs and throughout the seasons and the way, a two months old smiles, who hardly can perceive anything but mother’s love language, so well!

This universal language of love has astonished all, covered all, and influenced all so well, that hardly someone remains untouched. Every other being in this universe, perfectly charactized by the quintessential word of love. In the changing Era, you might have noticed every other grand and trivial transitions, but you won’t ever stop seeing the love as the most convenient and beautiful universal language, in all of its semblances , which everyone craves for, which everyone waits for!

Isn’t it precious the way you fall in love with a person, thinking 24×7 about them, craving for their presence and always wishing yourself to be the reason, each time they rejoice. But in the process of loving others, we have often forgotten to love the one, who most passionately deserves most of it and guess what it is you yourself! And if you have got the essence of today’s topic, it is ‘self love’ ya, one of those prerequisites of a happy life that you’ve forgotten about, that you’ve sent to the back seat! SELF LOVE is the love practiced in its purest, most unblended, most unfiltered and most unalloyed form, without any sugarcoat, without any lies, without any complications! The foremost reason behind why shall you first love yourself is that your heart is the only place where all your beliefs and all your expectations are desirably pleased!🥰 and hence you deserve to prioritize yourself and your love over any other persistent stuffs!! Amazingly, the meaning and the feeling of true love has originated from within the bottom of your heart indeed. Praise yourself, prioritize yourself… it is the most advantageous process as it has hardly got to upset you, hardly got to make you low! Remember, even if the world one day, stops caring any more about you, you will always be there for yourself by virtue of self belief and self love , making it sure that if something really happens to matter your happiness, matter about what you really aspire for, in your life, it hardly counts as to how it would bother others and make others perceive and think about you!

Equipping myself with the warmth and affection I always wanted myself to receive, indulging in the stuffs more often that can make me cheer up and care about myself from dusk to dawn, more than anyone and before anyone else coming to my rescue are the goals of sincerity and moreover the nutshell of this life.

Thank yourself everyday, praise yourself every moment for the way you have handled and gone through the processes and situations, which once were nightmares to you! I had always been raised up learning the fact that who doesn’t require love? The flowers, the streams, the butterflies all need love, all are nurtured by affectionable moments.

Loving myself is always synonymous with advancing and growing nearer to your ambitions, each day! When you found yourself dancing around yourself, merrily, hardly expecting any other one to accompany and assist ya, you were in the major part of practicing self love and self pride! Self love has got to beget the essence of self sufficiency in self happiness within. Never miss that bright chance to appreciate and reward yourself with a glimpse of the Moon, with the warm rays of the Sun, with the serene drops of rain, and with the sweet smell of lavender! Keep your beautiful heart alive as self worth is actually what you need to realize in this very phase of your life! You stay stay strong, you can achieve everything!

It’s not weird, it’s beautiful!

Hey Chums, how have you all been?

What brings me here today is the concern about the thing, that in this scenario, where we all are literally running a rat race, in the want of superficial and materialistic perfections and accomplishments, have you forgotten to pay heed on the basic primary and candid being, that you used to be and in the process of deliberate evolution, are you being too hard on yourself while striving hard for the want and sake of perfection, the want of flawlessness might not have been accomplished, but what has really been attained is the loss of ability to perceive the purity and magnificence of how imperfections were also way too beautiful!

No wonder the people and their so called sophisticated lifestyles often make us crave for betterment and competitions for perfection, in every walk of our lives, but these lifestyles and the wants for perfection, have dissolved all your ways of adoring the candid and the innocence of originality, you actually were gifted with, before you resolved to evolve!

The term “beauty” for which every being struggles from day to night, is not an absolute term at all, it is a relative concept indeed which varies from me to you! I have read several definitions of “beauty” and what it costs to become and look beautiful, and I am sure, you people also might be having hundreds of theories and ways for that, I don’t know, you might even laugh, but the thing for which you are actually persevering, was so appealingly carved, so effortlessly resting within your soul! It was unfiltered, it was beautiful, it was great, it was actually you just being youuu, your soul was never polluted, it had streams of purity and innocence within, but the day you too got in the race, all these eventually got washed away!!!

BEAUTY: A STATE OR A FEELING INDEED?

You adore nature in the natural forms, for every child, her mother turns out to be the prettiest woman indeed, you adore the skies, even if it gets captured by the dark clouds, it was you, who danced in the rain, and smiled for the love it poured from above, then what has actually caused the failure of yours in accepting yourself to be beautiful, however weird you might have been called by the world, just the way Moon reflects its beauty, even if it carries some scars and blemishes!

And then comes the clumsy still beautiful meee:

Life has often been so weird and clumsy these days, that me, being a 21 years old girl, has often failed to control the overpowering emotions, and its ok for the times even when, she could not control her, she cried her heart out, but she was confident and bold to show the actual phase, and reflect the unfiltered emotions, this way! Though I have often failed in being able to apply all those colorful makeup stuffs but still appearing beautiful, despite of lacking the basic alignment skills, because it was confidence of carrying your own art, it was the truth, it was the beauty! Sometimes, I might have weirdly had a fall, in front of big crowds, but laughing my heart out, though everyone might have made fun of it, was beautiful. Even the blurry images were beautiful enough to make the memories crystal clear!

I agree that those mornings were supposed to be perfect, and in accordance with the routine, but its ok even if you chose to be little lazy today, skipping your official durations in utilizing some self proclaimed holidays in sleeping some extra, eating some extra, but weren’t they beautiful diaries?

I agree you were supposed to be dressed decently, while stepping outdoors, but how about surprising your friend in pyjamas, carrying some chocolates and watching movie together, without the fear of being judged! that was the beauty of the bond, the beauty of your comfort space.
